Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in NHRL’s merch shop! As we work to scale our business, we currently do not permit returns or exchanges on items purchased through our online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to provide you with some additional information about our policy.

RETURNS:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. This is because our products are made to order and we do not have the resources to restock or resell returned items. We ask that you carefully review all product information and specifications before making your purchase.

EXCHANGES:

We also do not permit exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order as the production process may have already begun.
